1. Who we are

ShareZen Organizer Pro ("ShareZen", "we", "us") is a software service operated by Sharezen Consulting Ltd. that helps a trusted group manage a shared recreational asset — scheduling, cost-sharing, maintenance, and documents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

ShareZen provides tools to coordinate the use, costs, and upkeep of an asset among the people an account owner invites. ShareZen is not a public rental marketplace and does not connect you with anonymous third parties. You are responsible for how you and your group use the asset and for any arrangements you make with one another.

3. Accounts & access

• Each asset has an owner account that controls who is invited and what level of access each person has.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Free trial: new customers receive a 30-day free trial with full access.
• Price: after the trial, the subscription is C$19/month or C$204/year.
• Who is billed: the subscription is charged to the asset owner; in most cases one subscription covers the whole group.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• Payments: payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; your card details are handled by them, not stored by us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempting to breach security or access other groups' data, no uploading content you don't have the right to share, and no reselling the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

6. Your content & data

You keep ownership of the information you put into ShareZen (schedules, costs, documents, notes). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, these Terms, or pricing; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. ShareZen is a coordination tool — we are not a party to the ownership, financial, or rental arrangements you make within your group, and we are not liable for disputes among members or for loss, damage, or injury relating to the asset itself. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using ShareZen and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
